1) New char: Rei Hino/Sailormars (she's HARD to train! Her libido is waaaaay high, higher than Naru's; she refuses a lot of sex actions, though, no matter how much is 'obedient'. You are not allowed to use any Soothing Drafts for reducing her lust or any new dresses for improving her stats)
2) New house: Onsen
3) New chain of events in town centre: Puppy-girl
4) New chain of events in town centre: Idol girl
5) You can freely choose your faith: New Gods, Old Gods or Atheist. 'Old Faith' followers are not allowed to train Rei.
6) Now you can train Riesz as a lesbian
7) A lot of new scenes and better -and decensored- images
8) 'Game Over' option (it can be disabled).
9) You can change your assistent and choose Ino, Nara or Mara (these are not new chars to train, it's just for eyecandy)
